On January 8, 2026, SHARNDY | EDEANS held its Annual Safety & Responsible Operations Mobilization Conference at the SHARNDY Headquarters, marking an important moment in the company’s commitment to long-term, stable growth.

Senior management, department heads, and employees from across the company gathered to align on the year’s priorities and reinforce a shared commitment to moving forward together.

The conference official opened with the collective appearance of the company’s leadership team, setting a focused and resolute tone for the day. This was following by statements from heads of key business units--including the International Trade Department, Domestic Sales Department, and Planning & Logistics Department --as well as team leaders and employee representatives. Drawing from their day-to-day roles, speakers shared perspectives on business execution, safety implementation, and responsibility at every level, underscoring a unified determination to translated strategy into action.

During the Safety and Compliance session, employees were guided through the review and signing of the Integrity and Responsibility Commitment. They pledging to act with integrity and to strictly avoid misconduct, including misuse of company funds, corruption, or falsification. This commitment reflects the company’s long-held principle of facing challenges directly-without avoiding conflict or shying away from responsibility.

The conference also announced the establishment of the 2026 Safety Committee. All employees then collectively recited a safety pledge-”Staring with myself, abiding by rules and regulations; fulfilling responsibilities, respecting life; working safety and acting with professionalism.” Through this shared declaration, the company further reinforced a culture of safety, accountability, and compliance across the organization.

In the closing session, the Vice President Lihong Yi and the Chairman of the company Yahong Ouyang delivered concluding remarks, clearly outlining the year’s core operational priorities-securing orders, strengthening profitability, reducing costs, and improving workforce efficiency.
