Introduction to the Construction Of Double-efficacy Aluminum Electric Heaters

The superior functions of the double-efficacy aluminum heater are realized as follows:
1. The heating elements for the aluminum heater are heating tubes which are commonly used in heater industry.

2. The double-efficacy aluminum heater is made of the aluminum alloy, which has better function of emitting the heat. This product is composed of heating tubes which are vertically installed in the aluminum heater. Thus the aluminum heater has two ways to emitting the heat. One is that the vertical heating tubes emit the heat by convection of the air in its vertical space. The other way is that the heating tubes conduct the heat to the outer aluminum surface, and the surface radiates the heat.

The introduction to the efficiency of emitting the heat
1. The traditional heater has a single heating element, which has high power, so the temperature of the heating element is 350~700 degree.

2. The double-efficacy aluminum heater is composed of several paralleled heating elements, the power for every piece of the heating element is as low as 150W, and the temperature of the heating element is below 150 degree. Thus the aluminum heater has a better efficiency of emitting the heat.
