Q: Is SHARNDY a trading company or a factory?
A. From 2001 to September, 2006, SHARNDY used to be purely a trading company, mainly specializing in the export of bathroom products. In September, 2006, we set up our own factory, designing and producing Electric Heated Towel Rails & Clothes Dryers. At the end of 2007, we began to design and produce Under-floor Heating Mats. Until now, our bathroom products are purchased from our reliable and well-established main cooperating factories. And the heating products are produced by ourselves.

Q: Is it reliable to cooperate with SHARNDY?
1. SHARNDY have been leading a healthy and steady development since our establishment. In spite of the Economy Crisis in 2009, SHARNDY are still energetic, prosperous and active.

Q: Is SHARNDY able to provide the OEM services?
A. Yes, we can do OEM for you, and we can print your LOGO in the products and packages.

Q: What kind of certificates have SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails got?
A. SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails have got SAA, CE, C-TICK, RoHS approval. Till now, we are the only Heated Towel Rail factory in China who has got SAA approval. The number of SAA certificate is V07911. Besides, we are now applying for UL approval.

Q. What is the quality warranty policy about SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails?
A. The warranty periods are as follows:
>5-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from 304 stainless steel.
>2-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from 201 stainless steel.
>1-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from low carbon steel or aluminum.

Q. How are SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails constructed and surface finished?
A. All SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails are made form Solid 304 Stainless Steel and Solid 201 Stainless Steel. Also we can produce the Heated Towel Rails made from other material like Carbon Steel, Aluminum, Brass, and so on. The technologies of the surface finish are: mirror polished, general polished, chrome plated, white plated, gold plated and so on.

Q. What are the dimensions about SHARNDY Ladder Heated Towel Rails?
A. Till now, the minimum width of SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails is 300mm, the maximum width is 1,000mm; the maximum of the height is 2,500mm (Model No. is ETW77-1). We can design the Heated Towel Rails of different dimensions according to our customers’ requirements.

Q: What is the Wattage range of SHARNDY Ladder Heated Towel Rails?
A. SHARNDY Heated Towel Rails are very energy-saving. At present, the minimum wattage of the SHARNDY Heated Towel Rail is 20W (model no is ETW71 & ETW72). The maximum wattage of the Heated Towel Rail is 300W (model No. is ETW14). We can design our Heated Towel Rails to different wattage. We suggest that the wattage of the Heated Towel Rails be no more than 300W. If you need high power Electric Towel Radiators, please choose our ETW100 series.

Q: Can SHARNDY Electric Heated Towel Rails be hard wired?
A. Yes. Soft and hard wire are optional. At present, we have designed six hard wiring cases for our customers.

Q. Can SHARNDY Electric Heated Towel Rails be timed?
A. Yes. We recommend our 24 hour timer TTR336 or TTR337. You can purchase this from our company with your towel rail. The 24 hour timer will simply turn the towel rail on and off at the designated time each day.

If you want multi-function Heated Towel Rails, we recommend you our Electronic thermostat UFC005. It can be programmed according to the user’s schedule of one week.

Q. Can SHARNDY Electric Heated Towel Rail heating the bathrooms?
A. SHARNDY Heated Towel rails are not designed to be room heaters. We recommend SHARNDY electric under floor Heating mats for your Bathroom heating requirements >>>

Q. Can I install my electric towel rail over my bath or inside my shower?
A. No. Do not install SHARNDY electric towel rails near shower or bathtub or the equivalent!
