We place quality superior to anything, as we deeply realize that only quality can make us survive this competitive markets. So we are trying all efforts to ensure superior quality in all the processes of the enterprise management.
1.Management of supplier
We made a strict system of standard to choose our potential suppliers.
> The proprietor of the supplier and enterprise must be of credit management.
> The proprietor and the main department must stick to the superior quality and provide excellent services to their customers.
> The supplier must have a systematic quality control.
> The supplier must be professional
> The supplier must have special experience in the concerning field.
> The supplier must have the experience in OEM.
> The supplier must have the ability to deliver the goods in time.
> The proprietor of the supplier must have a sense of intellectual property, never copying others’ patent products.
> The supplier must provide comfortable working environment to the staffs.
> The supplier must offer good welfare to the staffs.
2.Quality Control
We set up separated department to manage and control the quality of our products. Our Managing Director is directly responsible for the management of the Quality Control Department.
Our staff members in the quality control department possess more than ten-year experience in the bathroom and heating products. The processes regarding the quality control are as follows:
> Mould Control
We design and produce important products or key parts of the products.
> Raw Material Control
Our Raw Material Control includes the test of the components and the packages of our products. We request strict component test regarding to such raw material as heating cable, brass, stainless steel and aluminum.
> Production Process Control
As to the bathroom products which we purchase from other suppliers, our staff members from Quality Control department will monitor the production to avoid any quality problems in the process of the production.
As to the heating products which we design and produce by ourselves, our staff members from QC department monitor the production, and test the products with advanced instruments to ensure good quality of our products.
3.Certificates
We send our products to the third-party test institution. Until now, our products have got many certificates which are as follows:
> Our Heated Towel Rails & clothes dryers have got SAA, C-TICK, RoHS, CE, and have passed the EMC Tested & LVD Tested. Till now, we are the only Heated Towel Rail factory in China who has got SAA approval. The number of SAA certificate is V07911.
   
> Under-floor Heating mats & Heating Cables have got CE approval and EMC Tested, LVD Tested.
  
> Thermostatic Showers comply with the standard of WRAS approval in UK.
> Bathroom and Kitchen Faucets comply with the standard of VA approval in Denmark.
> Bathroom and Kitchen Faucets supplied by our cooperating factories have got Water Mark approval.
> Chrome or white Towel Warmers, Stainless Steel Water Radiators, Aluminum Radiators comply with standard of European EN442.
> Some of our Hand Showers comply with the standard of French ACS.
4.Warranty
As to the Heating products which are produced by ourselves, the periods of warranty are as follows:
> 10 year manufacturer’s warranty for under floor heating mats and heating cables
> 2 year manufacturer’s warranty for room thermostats
> 5-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from 304 stainless steel.
> 2-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from 201 stainless steel.
> 1-year warranty for electric heated towel rails and clothes dryers made from low carbon steel or aluminum.
Note: Please refer to the instructions provided together with the products when installing and using our products. If there are some quality problems within the warranty period when our products are properly used and installed, we will provide a set of new product to our customers for free and afford the freight.
5.Staff Member
Staff Members are the premier of all the work in a company, as all the products of superior quality are all produced by the staff members.
